Eric J. Strauss is a founding shareholder of Affiliated Lawyers, PLLC, Affiliated Closings and Affiliated 1031. After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2012, Mr. Strauss continued with the firm in its litigation department where he focused primarily on real estate and commercial litigation.  After approximately five years of honing his litigation skills, Mr. Strauss transitioned to representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Mr. Strauss specializes in representing private lenders, traditional banks and real estate investors.
